2026 Canada Take Two

And it begins…

It’s happening. We are finally embarking on our Canadian adventure. In 2020, just a couple of months out from leaving, our trip was cancelled due to COVID. There were ten of us going. This time around, we have split into two groups with four of the original gang paving the way and about to complete their 2026 Canada adventure. Thanks Robyn, Al, Karen and Michael. We have been taking notes of all your highlights.

Leading up to our original 2020 Canada trip, we were all training hard. I even ended up buying hiking boots after this one – a few too many slips down shaly ground.

The rest of us leave tomorrow, Tuesday. We are a group of eight: our Norwegian companions, Donna, Mark, Madonna and Danny, Madonna’s brother Dave and his wife, Jo plus Wayne and me. Eight slightly older but still energetic and excited Australians travelling through and exploring the wonderful country of Canada. We’ll also do a sneaky cruise to Alaska. It is going to be a hoot!
